This tire is a 24″x1 3/8″ (540mm) PNEUMATIC TIRE and it requires a PNEUMATIC INNER TUBE. Inner tubes are NOT INCLUDED and will need to order separately. Before ordering please check the side wall on your tire and make sure this is the tire you need. Also, check and see if your rim has a hole for valve stem, if there is no valve stem this tire will NOT FIT on your rims. Please contact us for more information or questions.
